The tins dosers series DS2 and DS4 are built in AISI 304 stainless steel. They are fully automatic, with a PLC, and include a linear volumetric filler with 2 nozzles (DS2) or 4 nozzles (DS4). They include a pressure tins capper.
Designed specifically for oil and other semi-dense liquids.

The volumetric filling system guarantees filling precision and respect for the product characteristics, with 3 way valves for aspiration and release of the product, accumulation tank and fast product discharge from tank.

The pressure tins capper includes a vibrating hopper and chute for direct and automatic positioning of the caps on the tins.

Production speed varies according to tins size. Speed is adjustable.

Production DS2 @ 2.5 L tins is 200 tins/h.
Production DS4 @ 2.5 L tins is 400 tins/h.

The DS2 and DS4 are suitable for tins of: 2L - 2.5L – 3L – 4L - 5L – 10L -12L -15L – 20L -25L

Change of formats are required for non standard sizes and multiple sizes tins

Mounted after the capper.

In alternative (or in addition) to the ink stamping unit, the inkjet microcharacer coder prints directly on the tins.
Ideal for date, lot, batch numbering, on several writing lines
It can be used for other containers also, as it’s mobile on feet. A sensor reads the passage of the container and sprays the writing.
