THE RT1000S SERIES MONOBLOCKS ARE SUITABLE FOR:

MONOBLOCK RT1000S - "T" CORK STOPPERS
GENERAL  

Bottling monoblock structure built with AISI-304 stainless steel and transparent Lexan, with CE certified safety devices systems, mounted on four swiveling wheels. Three-phase input, absorption 2.5Kw max, compressed air min. 6 bar. CE certified electric, electronic and pneumatic systems.

PRODUCTIVITY

 

Standard productivity is up to 600 bottles per hour. One operators required, depending on configuration. The automatically filled bottles are manually placed onto the conveyor belt where they are automatically guided, stopping under each activated function, to the storage at the end of the line.

MAIN COMPONENTS

FILLER  

Automatic high vacuum filler built with AISI-304 stainless steel. Includes: four filler nozzles with mechanical filling level adjustment and four pneumatic pistons, mounting centering plates suitable for cylindrical type bottles. Product loading system by pneumatic actuator throttle valve and electronic probes for automatic filling level control in the filler tank, complete with product input gate valve dn25, all in AISI-304 stainless steel.

   
"T" CORKER

 

Automatic single-head corker turret built with AISI-304 stainless steel. Includes: automatic loading star wheel suitable for cylindrical bottles, rapid extraction cork compression group, hopper and cork loader. Suitable for natural or silicone cork stopper and bottles dia.55mm up to 110mm - h.150/350mm.

PUMP
 

Air pressure accumulator to create a vacuum in the product-full bottle, immediately before cork insertion. The single centering device includes a close circuit depression system complete with pre-chamber and 12,0mc/h pump with motor CE certified.

     
NITROGEN INJECTION AT CORKER TURRET  

Nitrogen injection applied to the product-full bottle, immediately before cork insertion. The single centering device includes a nitrogen injection system on the automatic corker, a gas pressure control valve and a gas pressure control gauge.

     
NITROGEN INJECTION BEFORE CAPPING UNIT  

Nitrogen (or other suitable gas) injection applied to the product-full bottle, before the bottle is presented under the turret for cap insertion. The adjustable device includes a fixed nozzle for nitrogen injection, a gas pressure control valve and a gas pressure control gauge. Suitable for any single head capping format (excluding cork) and any double head capping format (including cork).

     
AIR BLOW  

Kit includes pneumatic device to blow air into the corker compression jaws group, to eliminate residual powder remains from the corks.

     
CORK/CAP PRESENCE SIGNALING PHOTOCELL  

Photocell bridge to detect if there is a cork in the bottle, located before the capsule loader. It automatically signals an emergency should a bottle not be corked and prevents the CAPSULE LOADING as well as the LABELS APPLICATION.

     
MONOCHROMATIC TOUCH SCREEN  

Installation of a monochromatic liquid crystal touch screen control keypad, instead of standard keypad provided with basic monoblock.
