The bottles coming from the conveyor belt are positioned on the piston plates using infeed screw and starwheels.
The pistons lift, mechanically operated through the cam, lead the edge of the bottle tight against  the valve and causes its opening.
The product to be bottled descends into the container perfectly adhering to its wall, so minimizing any turbolence, and reaches the level required.
After the filling stage has been completed, the bottles are repositioned on the conveyor belt.

The distribution of AISI304 leans and rotates on flanged bushes of wear-resistant material at low friction coefficient.
The fixed part is maintained in position through an anti-rotation arm hinged to the product feed /low vacuum pipe.
 

The tank is completely manufactured of AISI304, or of AISI316 on demand, according to the needs.
The high thickness bottom on which the filling valves are fixated drains the liquids completely.
The whole tank is mirror polished and has no zones of liquid stagnation since all edges are rounded. The level inside it is controlled through probes and is visible through a wide flat sight glass.
The cover hosting the liquid distribution/low vacuum system can be easily removed for inspections or maintenance.
The tightness of tank and cover is obtained through a gasket with round section for better adaptation to the contact surfaces.
 

There are available several types of filling valves and each one has operational features suitable to meet the most varied needs of the market.
ABTECHNO can offer valves suitable to the filling with various alimentary or not-alimentary liquids in containers with mouths of different diameters, for the filling with gravity/low vacuum system/high vacuum, low vacuum with upper closing stopper, millimetric, for miniature bottles, etc. As optional, are available the simultaneous regulation of the filling levels of all the valves, either manually or electrically, and separate air return, semi-automatic or automatic dummy bottles for the valve sanitization, including the external surface of the seal gaskets and the centering devices.
 

The pistons can be pneumatic with big diameter and air recycling (technology used till today only on isobaric machines) or mechanically operated through a spring.
The size parts for the format change of the bottle consist of screws, starwheels and conveyors of high quality plastic, and are easy to be substituted. The driving parts of the starwheels and the screws are mechanically protected against exceeding efforts through safety clutches.

The carrousel leans on sturdy slewing rings bearings ensuring stability and absence of vibrations during the motion.
The height adjustment of the carousel can be manual, electrical, or electronic depending on the size of the machine
and the customer’s needs.
The lower part of the machine hosts the mechanical driving consisting of a set of reducers connected by cardan shafts for the mechanical timing of all turrets composing the monoblock and the gears driving the starwheels and the screws. It also contains the depressor and its accessories and, if necessary, the vacuum pump.
The switchboard panel is completely manufactured of AISI304 stainless steel with button panel located outside the safety guards in a high position comfortable for the operator.
The chassis has been designed to facilitate the discharge of the liquid at the end of the washing and to obtain flat surfaces without protruding elements which in the time accumulate dirt and are particularly uncomfortable during the cleaning.
The machine has a simple and neat line with remarkably easy access to the upper part through cast Plexiglas doors of high thickness (on demand shock-resistant hardened glass); the lower part is protected through AISI304 panels allowing the access to the driving parts and clutches.
