THE SRT991A and SRT992A SERIES MONOBLOCKS ARE SUITABLE FOR:

MONOBLOCK SRT991A - "T" CORK STOPPERS
GENERAL  

Rinser, Filler and Capper monoblock structure built with AISI-304 stainless steel and transparent Lexan, with CE certified safety devices systems, mounted on eight feet and/or swiveling wheels. Three-phase input, absorption 2.5Kw max, compressed air min. 6 bar. CE certified electric, electronic and pneumatic systems.

PRODUCTIVITY

 

Standard productivity is up to 1500 bottles per hour. One operator required, depending on configuration. The bottles are placed on the conveyor belt, where they are automatically guided through the rinser, the filler and the capper, stopping under each activated function, to the exit of the conveyor belt at the end of the line. All functions are independent.

MAIN COMPONENTS

RINSER  

Nine nozzles rinsing turret manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. The parts in contact with the rinsing fluid are made of AISI 316 ( Valve-taps, distributor, grippers, collection tank). Plastic and rubber parts are made of food-grade materials. Seizing grippers are made of stainless steel AISI 316 MICROFUSION. Includes two star wheels and counter star wheel suitable for cylindrical and square type bottles.

   
FILLER

 

Automatic rotary high vacuum filler built with AISI-304 stainless steel. Includes: nine filler nozzles with mechanical filling level adjustment and nine plates mounted on pneumatic pistons, two star wheels and counter star wheels suitable for cylindrical and square type bottles. Product loading system by pneumatic actuator throttle valve and electronic probes for automatic filling level control in the filler tank, complete with product input gate valve dn25, all in AISI-304 stainless steel.

   
"T" CORKER

 

Automatic single-head corker turret built with AISI-304 stainless steel. Includes: automatic loading star wheel suitable for cylindrical and square type  bottles, rapid extraction cork compression group, hopper and cork loader. Suitable for natural or silicone cork stoppers and bottles dia.55mm up to 110mm - h.150/350mm.

   
CONVEYOR-BELT  

Automatic conveyor belt systems built in AISI-304 stainless steel, with belt in high mechanical resistance plastics.

LAST DROP BLOWING SYSTEM  

Recommended when the bottles, if immediately conveyed from this monoblock to an attached labeling machine, are going to be labeled with self-adhesive labels. The blowing system removes the last drop of rinsing liquid and avoids defective adhesion of the labels.

   
SPARE FILLER TANK 9 NOZZLES  

Optional rotaryhigh vacuum filler tank, complete with 9 standard nozzles and rotary base coupling system.

   
NITROGEN INJECTION FILLER TANK  

Nitrogen (or other suitable gas) injection system in filler tank, to avoid any contact between air and product. Complete with gas pressure control valve and air exhaust valve.

AIR SPARGING WITH GAS INJECTION BEFORE FILLING  

Nitrogen (or other suitable gas) injection applied into the empty bottle, before it's presented under the filler. The adjustable device includes a mobile nozzle for inert gas injection, a gas pressure control valve and a gas pressure control gauge. Suitable for any bottle format.

     
SPECIAL BOTTLE FORMAT STAR WHEELS 9 NOZZLE FILLER  

Kit includes two star wheels and one counter star wheel, in high mechanical-resistance plastics, to load/unload the filling nozzles with bottles of a different format from the one provided in the basic configuration monoblock (1 kit for each bottle format required).

     
SPECIAL BOTTLE FORMATS STAR WHEELS AND COUNTER STAR WHEELS  

Kit includes five star wheels and three counter star wheels, in high mechanical-resistance plastics, to load/unload  the rinser (2sw+1csw), the filler (2sw+1csw) and the capper (1sw+1csw) with bottles of a different format from the one provided in the basic configuration monoblock (1 kit for each bottle format required, within 3-4mm tolerance).

     
VACUUM
PUMP
 

Air pressure accumulator to create a vacuum in the product-full bottle, immediately before cork insertion. The single centering device includes a close circuit depression system complete with pre-chamber and 12,0mc/h pump with motor CE certified.

     
NITROGEN INJECTION IN THE ULLAGE BEFORE CAPPING TURRET  

Nitrogen (or other suitable gas) injection applied to the product-full bottle, before the bottle is presented under the turret for closure insertion. The adjustable device includes a fixed nozzle for  nitrogen injection, a gas pressure control valve and a gas pressure control gauge. Suitable for both cork and screwcaps.

     
AIR BLOW  

Kit includes pneumatic device to blow air into the corker compression jaws group, to eliminate residual powder remains from the corks.

     
CORK/CAP PRESENCE SIGNALING PHOTOCELL  

Photocell bridge to detect if there is a cork in the bottle, located before the capsule loader. It automatically signals an emergency should a bottle not be closed.

     
DYNAMIC END STORAGE  

End storage dynamic device, synchronized with the main conveyor belt, built in AISI-304 stainless steel with oversize belt in high mechanical resistance plastics. It features a system that detects when the end storage is full of bottles, automatically stopping the production cycle to allow even a SOLE OPERATOR to empty the storage, then resumes automatically the working cycle.

     
MODEM INSTALLATION FOR TELE-ASSISTANCE  

Installation of modem inside electrical board and PLC for remote communication tele-assistance.

     
MONO-PHASE  

Adjustment for installation of single-phase electrical board instead of standard three-phase board provided in the basic configuration monoblock.
