It can deposit both chocolate and cream. It’s suitable for moulding lines of small and large production. It’s very flexible, can be used for the production of products such as : eggs, hollow figures, bars, pralines, booked articles, with or without filling.
It can be used as a stand alone machine for manual production, equipped with a belt, or in a small automatic moulding line for the production of pralines and bars or in a fully automatic moulding line for large productions. The depositing accuracy is granted by the pistons and changeable plates according to the used type. The weighing and temperature regulations are easily set by the electronic instruments controlled by PLC.
