Compact shape and easy access to every internal component, CEDA tempering machines TV grants high-quality results of the chocolate processed that is crystallized through the tempering method. Main components are the double jacket vertical cylinders, where chocolate is cooled during the first phase and then heated (tempering). Tempering machines are independent from the water network, with an incorporated cooling station and an automated regulation of the temperature of the cooling water. Operation cycle is controlled by probes located in different places along the cylinders to check the different temperatures. Every tempering machine is equipped with a "Touch screen" keyboard where the operative parameters are set such as chocolate temperature and capacity. Different recipes can be saved. It's equipped with a chocolate pump.
