Compact shape and easy access to every internal component, TO tempering machines grants high-quality results of the chocolate processed that is crystallized through the tempering method. Main components are the double jacket horizontal cylinders, where chocolate is cooled during the first phase and then heated (tempering).
TO tempering machine is independent from the water network, can be equipped with its own cooling station with a gas/water exchanger or with a water/water exchanger for the cooling by cold water.
Operation cycle is controlled by probes located in different places along the cylinders to check the different temperatures.
The tempering process is continuous electronically controlled by PLC, the machine is equipped with a “touch screen” keyboard where the operative parameters are set such as chocolate temperature and capacity. Different recipes can be saved.
The machine is equipped with a pump for the chocolate transferring.

• TO1000 – 1000 kg/hour – dimensions 1600x1000x1800 – installed power 10 KW

• TO1200 – 1200 kg/ hour – dimensions 1600x1000x1800 – installed power 11 KW

• TO1500 – 1500 kg/ hour – dimensions 1600x1000x2100 – installed power 13 KW
