Cost-effective steel tank where the balls rotation grant a high components crushing for a high quality final product. The machine is made with special stainless steel with particular technical characteristics for all the parts in contact with balls friction. The product passing through the balls in the lower part of the mill, and through the different flanges of the shaft leave on the surface (on the exit) just the refined product, with a very thin granulometry (20 – 25 micron).
CEDA ball mill use the motor power, with a low revolutions number, so that the product saves the quality characteristics.
At the exit of the mill an automatic three-way ball valve is fitted so that in case cream or compound are refined a re-circle of the product can be made for another processing into the mill to get the final product desired thickness. At the end of the refining cycle the product goes to the stocking area.
