MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE PATENTED CONTINOUS ROTATION SPREADING SYSTEM
Getting an uniform and regular shell thickness. Our experience with hollow figures production machines demonstrates that for a good chocolate spreading, the mould must have a constant rotation against the different axis in the shortest time possible.
CEDA srl studied a patented system for the insertion of the moulds in the chocolate spreading area with just one arm of the wheel stopped while the others are rotating. The elimination of the pause for the moulds insertion, grants an uniform thickness of the chocolate with a very low noise and vibration level. With this ssystem our plants can get excellent results even with small quantity of chocolate into the moulds. |
