SWEET SHELL |
|
"SWEET SHELL 275" is a continuous tempering machine equipped with a cylinder for the chocolate cooling and tempering, and a hopper that can operate with standard dimensions moulds: 275x175x25 |

Main characteristics of the machine:
• Stainless steel main structure;
• Chocolate cooling and tempering cylinder;
• Pump with speed variator for the regulation of chocolate quantity;
• Heating and cooling interchange system by pneumatic valve;
• Gas Compressor 1 Hp, with a water-gas plates exchanger and cooled water tank;
• Stainless steel heated hopper with stirrer and automatic capacity level approx. 80 Kg.
• Cabin with Lexan removable panels in the operation area, internal temperature thermostat
• Moulds are poured by chocolate drain, the chocolate excess is scraped and the moulds are vibrated, then moulds are tilted and back up right for the chocolate shell forming. The device is composed by:
• Moulds loading station up to 15 moulds stacked, automatically inserted by pneumatic insertion;
• Adjustable moulds heater;
• Chocolate depositing and exciding chocolate scraping;
• Mould tilting device for the chocolate shell forming;
• Shell scraper ( tilted mould);
• Moulds turn upright device;
• Possible automatic moulds loading into the cooling tunnel;
• Electric and pneumatic operations;
• Speed: 4 - 7 moulds/minute.
The base for this machine is a Tempering/enrobing machine mod. TR220 so with some adjustments is also possible to use it as a chocolate enrobing machine. | | | | |
