It's a refining plant for chocolate, cream, compound, hazelnuts paste, etc. composed by a platform with a refiner-mixer-conche, tank, ball mill, vibro-sieve, pumps and connections for the product transferring.
It's a perfect solution to the traditional problem of product refining, a high producing refiner-mixer-conche used as pre-grinder, combined to the speed of the ball mill to grant a high quality finished product.
Equipped with a dedicated software for the different recipes setting; the working parameters are displayed, set and controlled (temperatures, timing, etc.)on the touch screen operator panel.
The production is approx.250-300 kg for chocolate and cream, 600-700 kg for hazelnuts paste, 20-22 micron thickness.
