Automated and Semi-automated moulding plants; from a small solution to the "standardā one, from a traditional solution with shell forming, to customized one, equipped with vertical or horizontal cooling tunnels, additional depositors for solid ingredients such as: rice crispy, cereals, cherries, nuts, etc; with the main purpose to give the customer a variety of final products such as: chocolate blocks, solid chocolate, gianduiotti, solid and filled tablets, with nuts, napolitans, pralines with or without filling, booked articles (boules and eggs). Customized, for small, medium and large production, reliable and flexible, to grant a continuous production 24 hours a day. Every CEDA plant is equipped with dedicated software to manage and control every process. The plants are easily accessible and with high security standards for easy and fast cleaning operations and ordinary maintenance. The plants are modular, additional devices can be added later on, according to production needs. |
