This plant is equipped with a patented RSC machine system, a spinning machine with special moulds grips for a continuous rotation motion and a moulds vibration for an uniform chocolate spreading into the moulds.
For the production of hollow figures of different shapes and dimensions such as: eggs, small eggs, Christmas articles, Easter articles, etc. and with special characteristics like:

• Mono/bi-layered hollow figures (for ex. dark chocolate on the outside and white on the inside);
• Bi-color hollow figures (for ex. half dark and half white chocolate egg);
• Hollow figures with nuts inclusions;
• Marbled hollow figures.

This plant equipped with special tooling can produce also solid chocolate, tablets and chocolate with nuts.
